A Public Hearing will be held by the Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) Board of Directors during their regularly scheduled meeting on November 16, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. at WTA's Administrative Base, 4011 Bakerview Spur, Bellingham, WA.

You may also attend remotely. Access instructions will be posted on http://www.ridewta.com/meeting the day before the meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed service changes on Route 26, Route 29, and the Lynden Hop.
